Rosenthal Community League

The League organizes community events like the Halloween Hunt, sportsball for kids, the annual community Garage Sale and other community initiatives. 

The Community League and the HOA are not affiliated and run as separate organizations.

Rosenthal Homeowners Association (HOA)

As part of the Rosenthal area development plan, Melcor designed features to enhance the visual appearance of the community. This includes the entry features, parks and boulevards. These features are not maintained by the City of Edmonton, beyond basic grass maintenance. The City required a Home Owners Association (HOA) to be put in place to maintain these features.

The Community League and the HOA are not affiliated and run as separate organizations.
